Owner/admin pre-approval
Firm owners, executives, or authorized admins can create a staff record before a new employee attempts to register.
This page explains employee onboarding inside a law-firm tenant. It is designed for firms such as Simpson Estate Law that need a clean process for adding owners, admins, attorneys, assistants, drafting staff, intake users, and other team members.
Staff Onboarding
CoreGuiding approved employees into the correct law-firm
workspace.ADAPT is designed so a new employee should not simply create an account and enter the system. A firm leader first adds the person to the roster, assigns the correct role, and controls whether that employee may activate access.
Firm owners, executives, or authorized admins can create a staff record before a new employee attempts to register.
The system can verify that a person belongs to the firm before allowing profile completion and password setup.
After activation, staff members are routed toward the tools and dashboards that match their job responsibilities.
This is the intended employee-access flow inside a law-firm tenant environment.
An owner, executive, or admin enters the employee’s name, email, role, and approval status in the firm staff controls.
The firm gives the staff member the correct ADAPT URL and directs them to activate with the approved email address.
If the email exists in the firm roster and is approved, the user can complete registration and password setup.
The employee enters the firm portal with navigation and tools based on assigned role and permissions.
Firm leaders can review staff, manage roles, deactivate access, and monitor key activity as the system matures.
On this page, the mascot represents controlled onboarding: checking the staff roster, confirming role assignments, and guiding employees into the correct law-firm workspace without exposing unrelated system areas.
A clear onboarding process reduces confusion, keeps access controlled, and helps every staff member enter the right part of the system.
Employees know which email to use, and the system can check whether they were approved before activation.
Attorney assistants, intake users, attorneys, drafting team members, and executives can enter role-aware workflows.
Staff access begins with law-firm approval and can later support changes, deactivation, auditing, and permission management.
For early demonstrations, the law firm can be given controlled login credentials so staff can test the platform, review the workflow, and experience the protected firm environment.
